Zach Richards is our lead pastor. Zach and his wife Whitney have been married since 2002 and have three precious daughters, Hannah, Abigail, and Lydia.  Zach has been serving in ministry since 1999 and has served churches in N.E and N.W Alabama. Zach has also served as an extension center director and adjunct faculty member for New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.  Zach enjoys spending time with his family, reading and being outdoors, but his greatest joy is helping others grow as disciples of Christ.  

Keith Beatty is our Worship and Media Pastor at Pine Grove.  Keith joined our staff in October 2022.  Keith and his beautiful wife Elizabeth have been married since October 2020.  Keith has served in ministry since 2001, and he has served churches in Georgia and Alabama.  In addition to worship and media, Keith has a huge heart for missions and discipleship, and he has served extensively in Central and South America and Haiti.  He currently serves on the board of one international mission organization.   He's an avid fan of the Georgia Bulldogs, and Keith and Elizabeth both share a profound love of the beach.   

Eric Gargus is our Student and Education Pastor at Pine Grove. He joined our staff in June of 2025. Eric and his lovely bride Penelope have been married since September 2000. They have one daughter, Aydenn, who is pursuing a career in the medical field. Over the last 29 years Eric has served as a staff pastor at churches in AL, GA, and FL. 

He is passionate about seeing students and families grow as daily disciples of Christ. Eric grounds his ministry in three verses: John 14:6, Luke 9:23, and John 20:21. 

In addition to his church ministry, Eric's skills for writing and design allow him to be published regularly within the student ministry realm. He and his family enjoy the Smoky Mountains and other travel adventures whenever possible.  

Donna Green is our Financial Secretary at Pine Grove. Donna is married to Starrett, and they have three children, Erin, Matt and Jacob.  They are also blessed with six wonderful grandchildren, Gavin, Griffin, Sam, Harrison, Mattie and Jaxon.

Donna has been a member of Pine Grove since 2010, and she has been serving on staff since September of 2018.
